This Citroën GSA is one of four cars I found in a forest on the outskirts of Marseilles, France. They all have a few things in common: they were dumped there during the late 1980s or the early 1990s, and they were almost completely stripped of everything mechanical, plus anything that could identify them (a registration number, a manufacturer ID plate, and so on).
Ran When Parked has been experimenting with video since the beginning of 2019. I launched a series called Automotive Archaeology dedicated mostly to the abandoned cars I find in forests, fields, ditches, and barns. The GSA is the subject of the latest installment in the series, and the first of the four cars we’ll feature in the coming weeks.
