We’re wrapping up our tour of the United States by taking a trip to California. The first photo you see below was taken in the San Francisco Bay area in 1972, the next three were shot in Los Angeles County in 1975, and the last one was snapped in Los Angeles in 1973.
What car(s) can you identify in these images? What one(s) would you most like to have in your garage today? We’d take the Alfa Romeo Berlina as a daily driver, and keep the brown Porsche 911 for weekend trips.
I am hearing that Rockford Files theme tune in my head again ha ha – these photos are so resonant of the TV we got from America when I was a kid, Rockford, Cannon, Starsky and Hutch … the list goes on
i see, bettles, nova, datsun 510, 240z, capri, 911/912, alfa, and a few vans a rocking. in third photo a red hotrod and maybe a fiat 850 spider.
I believe that’s the old GM/Toyota plant in photo 1. Now it’s Tesla.
