We’re traveling back to Marseilles, France, in the 1960s. What car(s) can you identify in the images below? What one(s) would you most like to have in your garage?
This is a tough one. We’d be tempted by the green Volkswagen Beetle and the Peugeot 404 coupe in the second picture and by the Glas GT in the very last picture. Of course, we’d also be happy with any of the Dauphines, any of the 2CVs and any of the Renault 4s.
Nice NSU in the first photo and a nice Sinca 100 in the last – either would do me
I’d like to have the 404 cabriolet parked between the 404 and 403.
i will take the beetle, r8/10s, mini, blue/silver dodge in the first photo, and the black fiat 850 coupe ( or is that the glas gt your refering to ) in the last photo.
The black coupe must be a Fiat. Not easy to tell as I can’t see the tail lights well. And to the right, – isn’t that a BMW 700? – the red car in front of the cyclist?
What is the long, light blue car under the street lamp in the Supermarche photo? Right side of photo. Looks American?!

That is a Dodge 2-door hardtop from the mid-’60s. 1964 perhaps.
