Our “test your steel wheel IQ” series aims to share our passion for steel wheels and see how good our readers are at recognizing them.
Can you name the make and model that the following wheels come from? In some cases we have blacked out the logo on the center cap because it would have been too easy to guess otherwise. Also, there are several right answers for some of these wheels.

3 is vw, 5 is suzuki, 6 is fiat.
3 is not a VW but it’s German.
5 is right.
6 is not a Fiat, not Italian either.

3 is German, and you’re very close with 6 but it’s not a Dyane (even though it would fit, I think). Think bigger.

6) Renault ? Peugeot ? Something Franch, not Citroën.
3 is German, 4 is Japanese, and 6 is indeed French but it’s not a Renault and it’s not a Peugeot.
The other ones are correct.
Then I think 3 is Mercedes. No idea wich type.
4 I still haven’t got a clue. Wild guess: Toyota ?
6 I still haven’t got a clue exept that it (still) is French. Panhard ?
3 is Mercedes (fits a wide range of models – w201, w124, etc) and 4 is Toyota (Land Cruiser).
Not a Panhard on 6. Do you want another hint?
Another hint would be nice 🙂 Because I’m really guesssing.
It’s air-cooled and French, but not a Panhard.
I cheated and looked at the other ansers: Citroën GS. But I was sure it wasn’t a Citroën at all. I’m ashamed of myself (I’m a big Citroën fan and it’s not uncommon for me to recognize a car by the doorhandle or some other stupid, seemingly unimportant detail).

The other ones are correct, good job.
The Benz one was a bit tricky because it looked like an Opel wheel at first sight.
